ITM Records From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia . ITM Records is an American record label founded in Liberty City, it was founded on the 15th of January 1995 by David Harrow; a liberty-city entrepreneur and diamond dealer. ITM Records began recording hip-hop initially however by the early 2000s the label was recording a variety of music. ITM Records became a main label for up-and-coming artists throughout the mid-90s to late 2000's, helping put numerous artists in the limelight. Artists that have been involved with ITM Records: WIP Links: WIP History The label formed in January 1995, it was a small label recording music for rappers predominantly based in the North Holland neighborhoods. In the 1998 the label began to record DJ sets, this skyrocketed ITM's credibility. Rapper Shifty P collaborated on a track with DJ Metro in 2000 that entered the Billboard charts top 20. ITM became to gain a significant amount of traction within the music scene throughout the early 2000s and started to become of the most influential record labels throughout the 2010's. It became a large variety record label, recording and managing numerous artists from Liberty City. Meinmacht began to distribute ITM music in 2015, raising ITM's influence nationally. Throughout the social media age, numerous rumor's have been made about ITM's criminal involvement which has been insistently denied. The rumors naturally spread as the significant amount of gang-affiliated rappers who where signed to ITM throughout its entire life-span. ITM released a statement to Liberty Tree in 2019 stating "People like to make up the craziest situations in their head, these guys are making music. It's their art and they express themselves how they want, we're blessed with that right. I know each one of these guys and I know they're not bad people." Application Vacancies - Secretary Secretaries will be the point of ITM contact, they're tasked with receiving all ITM related enquiries and answering/booking appointments accordingly. Secretaries will also be tasked with documenting everything ITM related, documents will be supplied. Salary: Competitive - Scout Artist scouts are tasked with finding new talent with the potential of being signed to ITM, they work on both both a wage and commission based salary and their income is based on how much talent they can bring to ITM. Salary: Competitive - Artist Manager Artist Managers will have assigned artists that they manage, their tasks and obligations in regard to their artist is determined by ITM, however their job is to ensure the artist is happy and moving in the right directions. Managers are one of the most significant positions within ITM and make a significant amount of money. Salary: Competitive - Technician Studio Techs are tasked with ensuring recording sessions are smooth and recorded correctly, they'll be tasked with managing the studio-room whilst an artist is recording. ((This is usually revolving around the IC part of recording music, however producers/OOC technicians are more than welcome to fill this position and still receive both Producer and Technician pay.)) Salary: Competitive - Assistant Assistants will be assigned to individual directors, partners & managers. As a personal assistant, you'll be involved in numerous things that ensure the smooth sailing of ITM.
