I understand where you're coming from, don't get me wrong. Besides, when the server is opened we're most likely be seeing a realistic, updated and accurate IC thread. It'll be showcasing the gang turfs within these communities and hopefully clear things up nicely.

I'm not taking jabs at anybody, bro. I'm simply stating that the Uptown part of a borough isn't a gang, it's a community. I just think that gangs should have seperate turfs and threads within the community instead of one big turf, since there are several gangs within the Uptown part of Liberty City as started on your thread. I've never seen community threads actually holding turf, just the roleplay content within that specific community itself.

I've played onn servers where illegal roleplay wasn't dead and gangs were thriving, and I'm not sure if your idea will not work out. Well established gangs should not have to worry about new, poorly developed gangs popping out of the wood work and start claiming turf, let alone the same street. I've seen it myself, It'll lead up to forum reports and poor reasoning to deathmatch. People who are looking to create a new faction within or close to a well grounded street gang, try to establish them besides the already claimed turf, one or two streets over. It'll create a realistic conflict between the two factions over the street they're looking to claim. Aslong as it remains realistic. I understand you on that one. People tend to claim a lot of turf even though they don't have the members to back it up with. A place such as Bohan is pretty big and could fit a lot of street gangs. Street gangs should control nothing more than a few streets or a project complex. I doubt there will be a street gang that controls one whole side of one borough.

Have factions apply for a turf after a week or two of being active in that particular section.

The thing is that the map you've made is not realistically done. Don't get me wrong, some of it is accurate and I do appreciate you putting time into it. But the community threads should not hold turf, gangs within the community do.

This is not accurate and official, this would need some work. Street gangs run sections or a set of projects, not whole boroughs. Although I agree with having a turf map for established street gangs, it will create some sense of awareness for other factions that want to claim a turf that has already been taken.
