I honestly like the fact, that when you speak in /low it can potentially be heard. Not everything has to be a whisper, and people in real life don't suddenly break off from the group and start whispering into each others ears every five seconds, that would be anti-social and akward as fuck. Sure, sometimes you might get overheard on some stuff that said people weren't supposed to hear, but that also happens in real life and it only brings more opportunity for roleplay! On the other hand, I do understand people who use /whisper as an alternative in clubs, as in some clubs the music is so loud, you can't really hear the person next to you, unless they literally yell into your ear. I am not entirely sure what the radius on /low is on this server, but it can always be tweaked by the devs if it is too far reaching. I also think that people should keep in mind the situation they are in, when they hear the /low. If I am walking past you for example, and you are speaking in /low with a companion, perhaps I'd pick up a few words, but not the entire sentence and so on, but that is up to the player in question how they roleplay that.. But players should keep that in mind.
