" "Carmine Pazienza Jr, known as, Little Carmine, Junior, Carmine Jr. Son of Carmine Pazienza Sr, who was a close associate of The Gambino Crime Family. Although Carmine Pazienza Sr, was a associate of The Gamibno outfit for more than 40 years, he was never proposed for membership. It was rumored that Carmine Sr was maybe a part of the Paul Castellano gangland style hit, as Carmine Sr was a loyalist to the Gotti Crew. But this was never confirmed. Now, I don't really know, why he wasn't a official member, but that's how these things in that life work. Guy's could be associates for their whole criminal life, dealing with the mob. it was confirmed that Carmine Pazienza Sr, name was passed around, but he got passed. I have no clue, maybe that's something we can get into on another video. Now let's get into Carmine Pazienza Jr and his criminal lifestyle. Carmine Pazienza Jr was born in 1978, in South Broker, Liberty City. Carmine Jr lived in a small house with 2 siblings, his sister, Karen Pazienza , and his kid brother Roy Pazienza , these 3 lived with their mother, Lily Pazienza , and father Carmine Pazienza Sr. Carmine Jr was a known kid around the neighborhood with the other local Italian's. Carmine Jr started running with a local clique in the neighborhood, called Black Leather Boys. This is when Carmine Jr would start his ventures as a small time criminal. Growing up, Carmine Jr was always shadowing around his father Carmine Sr. As most son's whose father was in the mafia, growing up with that mindset to follow their father footsteps was rather normal. It was a common trait for Italian Americans back in that era. Carmine Jr father Carmine Sr owned a family company, that was passed down to him by his father Abel Pazienza. The family company, which was a garbage company, called "Pazienza's Sanitation, which is possibly controlled by the Gambino's, during John Gotti's time as boss. It was rumored that Carmine Sr was hosting illegal card games at the company's office, where Carmine Jr would complete small tasks. Carmine Jr would hang around the office with his father, during mornings and nights, when his father would have friends and workers, where they would play poker. Carmine Jr was given small jobs by his father sometimes friends of his father, to supply the players with drinks and snacks, as making small runs to the local corner store for cigarettes. I don't know If you watched Goodfellas, but basically what Spider was doing for Tommy and Jimmy, just without the part with him being shot in the foot. In 1998, Carmine Sr was arrested and charged with the murder of John Grecco, who was a local gambler who supposedly owed Carmine Sr money from one of his games. Carmine Sr was convicted in 1999, leaving 20-year-old, Carmine Jr to fend for his family and make a real name for himself. Martin was given permission from his father, to take over the family company and to take ownership of his father's poker club. With small attention to Carmine Jr after the conventions of his father, Carmine Jr started to get deeper into his criminal career. Carmine Jr met Anthony Beltrami, who was also an associate of The Gambino Crime Family at the time. Martin started working under Beltrami wing, as Beltrami was deeper into the life than Little Carmine was. Carmine Jr gave Beltrami a cut off the weekly games, he was hosting, at the office. This was getting Little Carmine's name around in the underworld of Liberty City. In 2001, Carmine Jr was arrested for aggravated battery, outside of a local bar, in South Broker when Carmine Jr broke alleged Gambino outsider, Philip Notti's leg, after Philip was late paying his debt to Carmine Jr over a poker game. Carmine Jr was sentenced to 2 years in Liberty City Correctional Faculty, where he was united with his father Carmine Sr. Carmine Jr spent 1 year and 2 months behind bars before his release in late 2002. 2005, Carmine Jr was rumored to be a part of the hit on Anthony Scavone a associate of in a Colombo crew. It was never confirmed from anyone in the life. But it was spoke about on wire taps, now they're not being specific on who, but the name Carmine was said, not saying it was Carmine Jr, as there are a lot of Carmine's in Liberty City. Carmine Jr was actually brought in by the FBI and questioned about the murder of Anthony Scavone. Now it was stated that Carmine Jr wasn't charged with anything, he still was considered a suspect in the case. In 2011, Carmine Jr friend, Anthony Beltrami was inducted as a member of The Gambino Crime Family, which would make things easier for Carmine. With Martin having Anthony as a close friend, he supposedly used this to his advantage. Little Carmine would expand his poker club towards the streets of Dukes. Running a illegal card game out of a apartment, under the protection of made guy, Anthony Beltrami. 2021, Carmine was arrested again, after being stopped by an officer on a traffic stop, with 2 ounces of cocaine shoved into a backpack, which could be found in his backseat. Carmine was sentenced to 3-5 years with the chance of parole. It was actually discovered that Little Carmine was released in December, on parole, and is still living in Broker. The family company, that was founded by Carmine grandfather, is still rumored to be one of the best garbage companies around Liberty City. There is nothing recently towards Carmine and his mafia lifestyle. For all we know, this guy could be living a legit life now. Although he still is hanging around the same crowd, as he can be seen in FBI surveillance footage, standing outside a social club, that is ran by The Gambino Outfit.
