POLICE RELATED ON BEHALF OF CRIMINALS Engaging in a firefight with any tactical team, whether you are in a close or open barricaded situation and dying, WILL warrant a character kill. Engaging in a firefight with a police officer over a minor situation such as a traffic ticket or a misdemeanor MAY warrant a character kill. The decision in such cases is left to the admin handling the situation. Engaging in a firefight with investigators or as part of a criminal investigation and dying as a result MAY warrant a character kill depending on the reason the firefight was initiated. The decision in such cases is left to the admin handling the situation. Overall, acting with disregard to life when roleplaying MAY warrant a character kill depending on the context and your character's actions. Any other justification listed under RULE 7 - DEATHMATCH. ON BEHALF OF POLICE OFFICERS AND OTHER LEGAL FACTIONS Members of legal factions who engage in corrupt activities are automatically prone to a character kill (CK) by illegal factions and/or individual players, given that the legal faction member is linked to them via a corrupt scheme. Police Officers who show disregard to life WILL receive a character kill. Such examples include, but are not limited to: a police officer entering a hood fight alone, a police officer entering a barricaded incident alone. Due to the nature of policing, however, and specifically that police officers have a duty to preserve life, if an officer engages an active shooter and dies, then that officer will NOT receive a character kill. As there are various types of situations that can occur, they will be treated on a case-by-case basis by the handling admin. Infiltrating an organization either via a undercover individual or via a confidential informant WILL warrant a character kill if they are exposed. Overall, acting with disregard to life when roleplaying MAY warrant a character kill depending on the context and your character's actions. Any other justification listed under RULE 7 - DEATHMATCH. CRIMINAL RELATED Joining a faction which imposes a character kill upon affiliation/membership WILL warrant a character kill. Engaging in a CK faction war WILL warrant a character kill if your character has been killed. Attempting to overthrow a faction leader (with permission from the FST) and dying as a result WILL warrant a character kill. Roleplaying as either a serial killer and/or a terrorist (with admin permission) and dying as a result WILL warrant a character kill. Dying during or after raping or torturing another player (with their consent) WILL warrant a character kill. This translates to being killed as revenge for your actions against the respective player, either by the player themselves or a third party. Overall, acting with disregard to life when roleplaying MAY warrant a character kill depending on the context and your character's actions. Any other justification listed under RULE 7 - DEATHMATCH. CIVILIAN RELATED Business owners/employees WILL NOT be subject to a character kill if they contact the police during/after being extorted. However, if a legal business owners/employees purposefully puts their life at the risk at the hands of an illegal faction trying to extort them & escalates a situation with violence, threats, use of force, this WILL warrant a character kill. Roleplaying dead (without being brutally wounded) from injuries that realistically could be survivable to get out of any situation that negatively impacts the character WILL warrant a character kill. Dying as a result of an encounter with a serial killer (only if the serial killer has been provided with permission to CK by you or an admin). Dying as a result of a terrorist attack (only if the terrorist(s) have been provided with permission to CK) WILL warrant a character kill. Provoking other civilians or criminals and dying MAY result in a character kill, depending on the context. The decision in such cases is left to the admin handling the situation. Overall, acting with disregard to life when roleplaying MAY warrant a character kill depending on the context and your character's actions.
