  1. I have always missed the ability for players to customize their body (in terms of skinny, lightweight, heavy weight, obese). Everyone on other servers looked ''alike'' and it was only possible if you used a ped skin from the vanilla game that had a different body size. I don't need customizations for specific body parts (breats, sixpack, huge bulge, whatever). While I understand that certain people can't wait to get double D's, I think we'll land even more into the XXX scene.
  2. Plain clothes operations have been a thing for a long time and have been done regularly on all kinds of servers for the purposes explained by others in this thread. I don't think long term undercover infiltration style operations will work out with the amount of out of character involvement a roleplay server has. If you use your own personal account for out of character stuff (forums, discord, etc) an organization will soon figure it out and unconsciously or with intent metagame and keep you from doing their work. You could ofcourse make separate accounts for all the used mediums but that would require serious dedication and time. I don't see it happening.
  3. Having people attend a special police department hosted training will ultimately lead to problems with activity. I already see a bulk of people who have to go to one of those trainings and are unable to attend due to timezone issues or there is a low number of people who are responsible for it. I would actually love to see this server handle the gun control and the issuing differently than how it has always been. Nevertheless, I voted for option 2.
  4. This will bring more responsibility to LEO’s and how they handle their equipment so I am not entirely against it. However, I am not sure if this is used in America (although I do think so), will there be technology that other countries use where the squad car will lock itself if the keys are outside of a certain radius around the car? I can understand that people want to break into government vehicles but what is the main goal for it? Let me break some things down. 1. MDC or any of that information requires a login before you can access it therefor if you find an open police car, you still have to obtain that information. 2. Weapons in the front seat are locked separately and require another set of keys if you want those. 3. If you want to steal brief paper of casefiles information or the like, this’ll have to be specified by the officer prior if it’s there. Rarely do LEO’s rp putting brief paper information in their vehicles. 4. Dashcams are extremely tough and you can not destroy the outer casing unless you lob in a grenade. If someone can shed light why this is desperately needed except for the “realism” aspect that would be great. The only reason I really see and that would be functional without any admins involvements is stealing a police vehicle when you are being pursued when one police officer leaves it unlocked.
  5. Simple no since it are NPC’s and can’t be interacted with in any way. Sure, it may “look” the server more alive but if one accidentally crashes into you or when a police scene happens on the highway, they suddenly aren’t that alive anymore and instead will be zombies that just look at you.
  6. I've been a massive advocate for removing lots of actions from the automatic /ame or /me list on other servers because it sometimes is just mad how less roleplay is done in certain situations when you'd like to think people should do it. This has caused a lot of agreement and disagreement on the server by legal and illegal roleplayers and I honestly believe that a lot of times people fail to miss the entire point. Small actions can be done via an automatic emote, not a problem. If you engine a vehicle, if you hand over a sum of cash, or if you lock a door, all fine. With all these actions, you basically already do a command to do it (/pay, /lock, /engine). But if you for example shake someone's hand, you can do this via an emote by yourself whilst you can also put in certain details (sweaty hands, firm grip, loose grip, bro hug, what else). I'd personally like to see that all the handlings done with firearms are to be roleplayed by yourself. Withdrawing a firearm and even shooting it isn't just a daily occurrence (or it shouldn't be) and it's something way bigger than paying someone. Why can't you make a emote by yourself and then do the action, why should we just be able to yank it out and shoot? Bigger weapons such as assault rifles, shotguns, snipers, RPG's, swords or explosives should always be roleplayed by yourself, not by one simple emote when you /take it from a vehicle. That's lazy and get's rid of some roleplay that contributes to the situation and gets you thinking. You don't roll up to a situation, quickly /take and start blasting. You have to take in mind where it's safe to retrieve said firearm and then act.

  9. It's hard to crack out numbers on what call generates what kind of response and how many since there is just not a set procedure on how many units go to a call. In real life, a dispatcher would dispatch a number of calls while on a server you usually do not have a dispatcher and people respond to calls on their own initiative (or forced by a supervisor). I would say on my own experience and what I have seen before is that it depends but usually you'll have about 2/3 units responding to such call. If that person is going to evade upon arrival, you could expect 2/3 more units to respond to the pursuit to help out. This varies and is depended on how busy the shift is and what time of day (peak or off peak time).
  10. The topic looks very promising, have fun with this project!
  11. Believe me, keeping all the islands and areas in one state is way more beneficial than having it split up in two or more. You mention a few examples like another police force or arguments with state government and local police, while this could be fun (depends who you ask), these are quick example that come to mind. Let's say we did have two states on the map, you'd have to do everything right. That would mean that you'd have to create two governments, atleast two police forces, two fire departments, have two laws, have mixing rules and regulations in both states, two elections, etc, etc. (You could technically use one police department and have an agreement between the two states that the LCPD would be the main police department for both states. You could probably do this with everything that I mentioned but then the point of having two states is kinda flawed). Plus, we don't even know how the playerbase will be on this server, we don't know how much members all the departments have or the government. If LCRP has a rocky start, it could very well mean that half of the departments/organizations aren't filled to work effectively, creating even more layers of government is only going to thin out the rest.
  12. I'm fairly certain that someone can pick up the vehicle if they have permission from said person such as a relative. It would be mind blowing if someone's car has been impounded and only the owner can unimpound it, who is in jail so he pays an insane amount of money for storage.

    One Word Story!

Once, there once was a wizard that many feared because he was gay asfuck and nutted on his boss’ dog during extreme ejaculation. Elon notices and died moaning. Then Drake ate a mushroom that made his dog grow into his sister's coochie. Therefore, at exactly 6pm, a knight screamed: AO MA! Show tits now respectfully m’lady. Sadly, she had six hundred dicks instead. Now, release my German pussies after I
  14. Just read over this and I must say that I am really interested in seeing this kick off.
  15. Played on some role play servers on MTA, then LSRP, then GTAW and now here.
