  1. March Update Introduction Hello everyone, We have made it one month down the line from our February Announcement on the new path we would be taking. In that timeframe we have already laid a lot of the ground work for what will be upcoming. You may have already noticed that the forum structure has been changed, and we will be laying out some new guidelines and rules concerning the structure and functions of the staff team and their updated responsibilities. Factions have been getting a bit of a rework as well with a new PD Leadership team and new direction of where the faction will be going, along with in general a new emphasis on the fictional world we wish to make lively. More updates on exactly what all this will encompass will come in their own posts and threads, but in short we are near completion of all the groundwork required to advance in our new direction. Business Application Restructure Previously the Faction Support Team handled the Business Applications alongside the Property & Mapping Team. In order to streamline this process, we have moved the handling of businesses entirely to the Property & Mapping Team. These requests will be filed in this section, and more information on how to do so will be released at a later date. Please contact the Property & Mapping Team leader @dontblink if you have any questions. Staff Promotions We would like to give a special congratulations to @westford & @SpeedOfThought for their ascension to Lead Admin. They will be taking on a lot of roles in the community with these new positions, but have already proven they are well suited to carry out the tasks as need be and we want to thank them for that. Staff Member of the Month We would like to give a special shoutout to @Tsayoga who is currently in the Property & Mapping Team. Having only been on the team for less then two months, they have been motivated and dedicated in their mapping of new properties for players to use, along with restoring a lot of the GTA IV MLO's that have been unable to be used. They have also been working on the external map with the Development Team to fix various issues and create their own work arounds that we just wish to highlight this valued member of the team for their contributions to the community. There is a ton more work they are doing and hopefully they will get to show them off soon in their own post, but we as a community want to thank you Tsayoga, and hope you continue the great work you are doing! Scripting Updates We have been working throughout the month on bug-fixing, along with continuing to add new scripts for use for the playerbase. This section will detail a few of the scripts we have worked on, as well as provide information on what is being scripted before the re-launch. Character Creation Updates Introduction of a third parent (ancestor) option, now providing all the customization options offered by the game. Opacity selection for lipstick and blushes added, enabling finer design control. Users can finally import their character XMLs created with Menyoo. You will have to choose your characters gender prior to importing however, or you will have to re-import again after. The head shape, skin tone, eye color, facial features, and head overlays will be applied. The rest will need to be done manually. Dead Body Script Updates The deceased player's name and cause of death will be displayed when examining their corpses. Furniture Script Updates Searching for furniture has been improved. It is now more accurate and you can see some details at the bottom of the UI. Furniture's context menu will now have the option to edit it directly. You can now move, rotate, and control the editor with keybinds (Arrow up, down, left, right, G, R and Spacebar) Toggle specific context interactions for Furniture, Door, Item, Vehicle, and Ped added. Use `/toggle context` for more info. Option added in the context interaction menu for directly editing furniture. Disabled furniture by default in the context menu. Business Script Updates Business owners can now manage music volume (1% to 20%). Businesses can now pick from more blip options, as three new options join: Love, Star and Card. Employees can now speak to players inside using `/business [mic]`. Job Script Updates Reworked the job system and added Trucker job. Details on how it will work may be found here. ELS System Updates Added in a Basic ELS system. Video here. Banking & Economic System Updates Added the capability to transfer funds to offline players using ATMs, provided they possess the recipient's account number. Added /mortgages which will now display the amount that you pay weekly. Injury System Updates While downed, you can now communicate in the /low chat. You now have access to more commands in the downed state to continue roleplaying. Property System Updates Walking into the property point will now notify you if it is vacant. You can now control the time of the day, and the lights. Misc. Updates You can now give items to other players without having to drop it via `/giveitem`. Added antidote and painkillers to stores for healing and addiction treatment. Overall Bug Fixes Factions Salaries put into the faction menu when creating ranks now actually work. `/createfrank` updated to reflect this change. Fixed incorrect faction rank being mentioned in `/stats`. Furniture Fixed a possibility where rapidly switching between the furniture items caused the preview to get stuck. Furniture list now shows all the items regardless of your screen resolution. Character Creation Fixed various issues with randomization not working as expected. Fixed various issues with resets not working as expected. Dealership Fixed incorrect secondary color on purchase. Resolved an issue where addon prices were not being accounted for. Updated the error message in case the purchase fails for a different reason (network/lag/timeouts). Mortgages The UI now accurately calculates values and has been updated to eliminate any potential misinterpretation. Tweaked the behaviour of `/vehsale` which should now notify if your vehicle is mortgaged and can't be sold. Vehicles Fixed engine turning off when entering a vehicle or when going far away. MDT Fixed a bug where case files were not working as expected. Uniforms Fixed a case where props were not showing up in the menu, and not clearing upon being unequipped. Businesses Fixed employees not receiving their salary unless they relogged before receiving the paycheck. Barbershop Fixed a bug when attempting to purchase customization while having insufficient funds. XMR Radio System Various improvements, such as the ability to view the link being played, invalid input sanity checks and more. Inventory Fixed the UI reporting incorrect weight and other values for the items. Fire Script Fixed some issues caused clients game to crash. Dead Bodies Fixed the infamous "multi carry" glitch. Two or more people cannot carry the same people. Blips Fixed various instances of blips not deleting off the map. Property Made the entry/exit points for the properties a bit smaller to make it easier to enter/exit. Text Chat Fixed typing 'E' in chat when near a property will not cause you to enter/exit it. Fixed some random typos in the messages. Tweaked the radius for `/low` messages. This is not an exhaustive list, as there are many more improvements to systems that are not listed. UI Updates We wish to showcase some of the UI's in development that will be coming into the server. Please note these are not the final designs or the full version, but we hope it will give an idea on what is attempting to be done due to the demand for more UI's. Equipment UI Speedometer UI Uniform UI Development Roadmap Planned Features There is a list of new features we are working to have in before our release, and although we are certain this list may grow and expand as more scripts are identified we at least want to take the time to provide a small list of those we deem to be necessary to do before the re-launch. This list is not exhaustive however, but should provide a general idea. Job Script Fishing Job Garbage Truck Job Economic Script Hourly Paychecks based upon activity, Weekly Mortgages. Gambling Script Blackjack (With UI) Poker (With UI) Gaming Scripts (TBD. Subject to RageMP limitations on what this can be. Pool, Bowling, Golf, Tennis, Basketball, etc being looked into.) Character Customization Plastic Surgeon (To change character appearance post-creation.) Tutorial Script Closing Remarks Closing Statement We knew when we started this project it would go through a lot of ups and downs, which it certainly has. However, as you can see we have not lost motivation to make this product something to be enjoyed, and we are constantly looking for ways to improve it so that you as the player can enjoy your time in Liberty City. At this time we can safely say that we have no new re-release date at this time, but we do know it won't take all year to get done as we are updating an existing script with most baseline features done rather then starting from scratch. Thank you to everyone who contributed up to this point, and we hope to see you all and more in the next monthly update!
  2. Hi everyone! A month has passed and we believe that it's time to talk about our future and the changes that will be happening to accompany it. It is no secret that the month of January has been a struggle for the community and we in no uncertain terms will say outright that there were some major mistakes and decisions that were undertaken that resulted in a launch and post-launch period that was less then ideal for the vast majority of those who played. The reasons for these mistakes are plentiful, but this topic isn't to justify, it's to begin taking steps to provide solutions and discuss next steps in a transparent and open capacity to the players of the server. We have through discord, forums, and individual player-engagement compiled a list of issues that we have identified to be culpable for the current state of the server. This will not be an exhaustive list, however it is simply what has been identified as the most frequently cited concerns we have received and what will receive a majority of attention as we move forward with solutions that will also be presented in this topic. Issue 1: Server Bugs & Design Problem: Upon launch, players encountered numerous bugs in scripts from character design, mortgages, property management, factions, vehicles, and a host of other problems which were not identified before launch. And on top of some of these bugs, certain decisions that were undertaken were not conducive to what some would have preferred or had taken favor to that hindered their ability to enjoy the game. Reasons for Failure: Insufficient testing. Throughout the tenure of the server, only around 10 people ever truly tested the script to varying degrees of thoroughness. Although some latency in the testing process is expected due to certain bugs just not appearing to certain people even if they do the same steps, there were numerous rather obvious bugs that seemed to have missed. A rushed process contributed to various bugs slipping through the cracks. Competing interests with too many cooks in the kitchen. Everyone has a "vision" of how scripts should work, and how they should be used. And over the course of three years, and at different points these visions clashed and produced a system that was not consistent in certain elements it was trying to achieve, while also not being incredibly user friendly creating an environment of interesting design decisions that were undertaken in sectors without real regard to if the process ultimately fit in with what a user can comfortable expect to have vs what was actually being forced upon them from a single individuals idea of how it should be done. Solution: The server will be closing to the public on 2/10/2024 and will remain closed indefinitely pending a re-launch of the product after identified server bugs and other design decisions have been corrected to fit more with what a player expected to have and should. Further information on how long this period lasts will be released in monthly updates to the community to be transparent with the process. The entire staff team is being restructured and downsized, with a concentrated effort to be focused on testing the scripts with a more thorough testing process also assisted by the Development Team directly to attack systems from a variety angles to ensure it stands to scrutiny. More GUI development will be coming for various systems to remove unnecessary clunkiness that was experienced by players when interacting with certain features. More focus on Quality of Life improvements to make it easier on the user to bug-fix themselves on the off-chance they run into issues without an admin/staff member present. Issue 2: Server Economics & Properties Problem: The server economy was meant to replicate a 1:1 economic situation with the real world and everything from pricing, paychecks, mortgages, etc were set up to mimic that philosophy to a near complete degree. This although not bad on it's face, meant that certain decisions we made that would take a player a far unreasonable amount of time to truly climb up in the economy. Or to be more accurate, this server would have to exist for quite an amount of years for someone to become the in-game Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, etc which is too much. And on the properties front, there were issues in people having the means to truly build out what they needed to get started and kept producing weird bugs/issues that made things far more clunky then it should have. Reasons for Failure: The "Realism Virus." Around 2016 back on SAMP/MTA, there was an idea that going to more realism in everything was the next step for RP communities. This will actually be an issue down the line more explained, but the summary here is that it allowed for a mentality to develop in this sector that punishes rather then reward players. An over focus on player-to-player interaction as the biggest source of revenue. Although this is great in idea, and may work in a late-stage server. We're nowhere near the capability to have an economy built upon that, and need to ensure that even if you are the sole person on the server that the server actually allows you to have fun on your own at least until other people get on. This has been a baseline in every server since 2008, and one we just tried to quickly to get away from without truly realizing the value it brought. Solution: Complete review of Server Economics. With the following in mind to start off the process. Moving paychecks to hourly, rather then weekly coinciding with activity on the server. Keeping mortgages weekly, but altering the values for length and home prices. Instituting script jobs and other script-economic NPC systems to allow people to grind for money rather then rely solely rely on player schemes and interaction. Focus on updating property customization scripts, and mapping systems to allow players the ability to more easily build out what they wish with little hassle. Issue 3: Realism & Worldbuilding Problem: Let us be perfectly clear before we begin this one. Worldbuilding is an important and vital element of roleplay as a genre, and will always remain a core of any community that claims to be conducting "roleplay." However, when that world building is built from a top-down style to be forced upon people rather then a bottom-up style driven by the players and endorsed is stifling, and indicates a lack of trust in others to build something with you as a community. On the realism note however, a disclaimer here as well to say that realism alone isn't an issue. We don't want people roleplaying that they are super-human and can jump across buildings and fly or something like that as that would be Powergaming. Instead though, when we identify realism as a problem is when it transforms the game from being a fictional story with fictional characters in a fictional world to simply a copy-paste carbon copy of something in-real life, everything stops being fun and becomes some weird simulation of "pick your realism." It's how the game begins to feel more like a job, then something fictional. Gaming at it's soul, was built as an escape from real life. People don't play Call of Duty, Minecraft, The Sims, Fortnite, Cyberpunk, Assassins Creed, etc and frankly even the game we play GTA (If you actually played the single-player), because they expect it to be some copy-paste edit of real life. Sure, there may be some elements of real-life in some of the games released, but it's not it's entire identity and at best functions as something in the background rather then at the forefront. Ever since 2016 from SAMP, there has been this weird push towards "realism," in just about everything. In LSRP on SAMP that was the transformation of the Los Santos Police Department into a Los Angeles Police Department carbon copy rather then the fictional department it was supposed to be. The San Andreas Sheriff's Department (Which sure, a state level sheriff's department? Kinda weird from a realism perspective, but people had fun), into the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department modeled after the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. Even here, we modeled the Liberty City Police Department after the New York Police Department with basically everything being a carbon-copy of that agency and did the same throughout for multiple factions/agencies. This didn't lead to a more fun environment for most, it lead to a more restrictive period. More "correction," of your roleplay in favor of a standard established in somewhere you never cared about until someone made you care. In short, if you are the fan of any form of "Roleplay Quality Management teams," this is a direct result of this line of thinking. Reasons for Failure: We fell into the same trap as late-stage LSRP, GTAW, and other communities post 2016. It started orienting it's entire community towards realism and making everything it made to be modeled after that. And deviations from it were just dismissed outright, and creativity stifled. We tried to force top-down world-building, rather then simply endorse player-created world-building as the world developed. Roleplay is an act of creation, not dictation. (Mayoral election event, for example which also was something far too early nor was ultimately necessary.) Solution: Complete rebuilding of factions (LCPD/FDLC/FIB/City Gov/LCN) with a focus on creativity, shifting away from basing on realism and instead on simply what people in charge would love to do with it. Complete removal of server lore and it's associated questions from the server apps. This does not mean lore won't matter as it will, but will act more as a function of document good lore players provide, then dictation that people must learn and know for entry. Forum restructuring to prepare for the eventual re-launch with all necessary changes, and endorsing the new direction. Active vigilance against the "Realism Virus," for basing future decision making when it comes to IG RP ideas and values. It will be an active battle, but a necessary one. Conclusion We made mistakes, and we our owning up to them. We understand that a variety of people will have a variety of opinions, reactions, and responses to this announcement and we endorse it. Building a community & server is not easy, and it takes a while. Some may find it easier to just quit and leave this be, but from the conversations we have been having we still have a Development Team which is active and wanting to ensure we bring this project to success for years to come, staff members who are willing to spend hours making properties, testing systems, and helping out in anyway they can along with faction leaders still wishing to put in the effort and get things going. Not only that, but we still have numerous foreign partners looking forward to opening up their branches of this project for other language communities, and players in various sectors who have spoken with us wanting to continue this and valuing the resilience having been there in the early days of other projects knowing the growing pains it suffers. The decision to close the server down for a time is not permanent. We are not going anywhere yet, but we do need to take a step back and reevaluate to the new reality. There are a lot more changes being planned and will be announced in our monthly updates as they are made, and we will be keeping the Dev server open to the public as before if anyone simply wants to see some of the progress being made as we make them in the script. Do not expect a timeline for this, just stay up to date and know we are far from over at this point in time. Thank you all for being with us, and I hope this announcement helps explain the situation as well as the future.

Turner alleged inside sources had informed him that the two incidents were related to terrorism. Sources of Weazel 5 have confirmed that Turner is being investigated by the FIB. Rather than acknowledging Turner's proactive stance in reporting concerns for the safety of our community, the Federal Investigation Bureau has decided to target Turner in an attempt to silence questions concerning the possibility of active terrorist cells within Liberty City. The onslaught of attacks on Turner seems to be nothing short of a calculated attempt to discredit his candidacy. These allegations serve as distractions from his proven track record and vision for the city, diverting attention from the real issues at hand. It is unknown what charges the FIB is pressing against Turner, but inside sources have confirmed that he has been requested to attend the field office for an official interview. Sources close to the investigation have informed Weazel that Turner has been threatened with an arrest warrant. We contacted Turner, here is what he had to say: Brian Turner stands in front of his house. In front of him, several Weazel 5 reporters await for a comment. Brian Turner's security detail guards him. Brian Turner says: All I can say is that the FIB has requested to speak with me. I am awaiting more information alongside my attorney, who has advised me not to comment. Brian Turner says: Before I resigned from the LCPD, I made it clear that I will fight for civil liberties. I pledged to eradicate corruption and I will do that, even if it costs me my own liberty. I am deeply concerned by the recent series of events, from the major cyber attack that affected our city agencies, to the recent plane crash which seems to be buried in mystery. I urge the LCPD to hold a press conference and explain what the hell is going on! Brian Turner waves his hands in a dismissive manner as reporters start yelling out their questions.

  12. Modern Extortion Guide A BACKGROUND ON EXTORTION The international literature reports two main features of extortion racketeering as an instrument to regulate illegal activities. According to Block (1980) and Landesco (1968), extortion racketeering is carried out by organised criminal groups in order to keep the influence areas of legal and illegal actors separate and distinct. On the other hand, according to Schelling (1984), extortion racketeering serves the purpose of protecting illegal markets. In fact, by collecting extortion money from individual criminals, organised criminal groups establish a form of tax collection, and this alternative fiscal system may facilitate the establishment of monopolistic areas. Extortion has been analyzed by Gambetta (1993) from the perspective of the mafia as an “industry which produces, promotes, and sells private protection” (Gambetta, 1993: 1). One of the various forms that the protection provided by the mafia can assume is extortion. This is the case when “the mafia does not, in other words, supply a real service but merely practices extortion” (Gambetta, 1993: 28). Moreover, Gambetta (1993) stresses the possible positive and negative externalities deriving from the payment of extortion money. The request for protection is made regardless of the will of the individual, and “whether one wants or not, one gets it and is required to pay for it” (Gambetta, 1993: 31). The Russian mafia engages in extortion practice as a form of protection and, according to Varese (2003: 55), for various reasons: the spread of market transactions is not sufficiently managed by the State; the presence of people trained to commit violence; and the availability of weapons. Criminal protectors are involved in various activities and offer several kinds of services. According to Varese (2001: 68), they also offer genuine services like the collection of debts or delayed payments. Extortion also represents perhaps the main source of illicit income for gangs in the Northern Triangle of Central America - Which will surely be proxy-represented in Liberty City or have gangs inspired by these organization. It is the commercial establishments that are extorted weekly or fortnightly. Fishermen, taxi drivers, and food stall or store owners had to pay fees of varying amounts. Sometimes one can negotiate the payable amount, sometimes victims can deliver household appliances as a form of payment. However, fees tend to increase over time. In the Faction Support Team, we expect players to act according to modern methods and provide realistic roleplay which is up to par with how extortion works today. We’ll try and show you a few methods used today. MODERN EXTORTION METHODS Front Companies: Extortionists might set up apparently legitimate businesses to conceal their criminal activities. These businesses may provide some real services or products to maintain the appearance of legitimacy, while the primary goal is to extract money through threats. The Guardian Angel Approach: This approach involves discreetly instigating issues for a business under the radar, such as creating problematic scenarios with customers, orchestrating conflicts, and even generating negative publicity. After a week or so of turmoil, you step in and propose to resolve the problems. This method reduces the likelihood of being seen as a threat, and the desperate business owner, eager to eliminate issues with troublesome customers, is more likely to be receptive to negotiations. Debt Collection Scams: Criminals may pose as debt collectors or establish fake debt collection agencies. They target individuals or businesses, claiming that they owe money and threatening legal action, damage to credit scores, or other consequences unless payment is made promptly. "Protection" Services: Extortionists may offer "protection" services to businesses, particularly in areas with organized crime. They approach business owners, claiming to provide security services but implying that without such protection, the business could face harm or damage. False Services in Exchange for Payment: Criminals might offer false services, such as cybersecurity protection or reputation management, and threaten to expose vulnerabilities or damage a company's reputation unless a payment is made. DDoS Extortion: A hacker group may send a threat to an e-commerce website, stating that unless a certain amount of cryptocurrency is paid, they will launch a sustained DDoS attack, rendering the website inaccessible to users. The attackers might provide a deadline and threaten escalating consequences for non-compliance. Kidnapping for Ransom: Criminals may target individuals, often high-profile or wealthy, and kidnap them. They then demand a ransom for the safe release of the victim. Property Damage or Violence: Extortionists might threaten physical harm to individuals or their property unless they comply with their demands. This could include threats of assault, arson, or vandalism. Economic coercion: This avenue is exclusively accessible to criminal organizations with greater economic influence. In the context of New York City, numerous businesses targeted by the mob were compelled to remit the weekly fee not due to explicit threats of physical harm or property damage but because the mob wielded control over pivotal sectors of the economy. For instance, imagine overseeing a union predominantly comprised of delivery drivers. By informing a business owner that refusal to pay the weekly fee would result in the denial of shipments to their business, you could strategically utilize your union and legal maneuvers to essentially deprive the entrepreneur of essential resources. This coercive approach leaves the business owner with little choice but to comply unless they are willing to witness the demise of their business. POOR EXAMPLES OF EXTORTION ROLEPLAY SCENARIO 1: Six Nine Gangster Crips are trying to extort the local liquor store, they walk into the store talking to the guy and not put a single finger on him. The store-owner has CCTV but hidden somewhere in a blind-spot and the gang don't get to notice it, as soon as that gang steps out of the store the owner informs the authorities of the incident, four of them got pinched and booked for the incident, two minutes later the place is on fire. WHAT IS THE ISSUE OF SAID SCENARIO: The rushed nature of the roleplay is evident as both parties quickly find themselves in a scenario that lacks depth and realism. A more immersive experience could involve the arrested members strategizing a comeback, perhaps gathering intel on the establishment before attempting any retaliatory actions. The idea of resorting to violence immediately after an arrest not only feels unrealistic but also detracts from the potential for a more intricate and engaging narrative. SCENARIO 2: The local LCN crew is approaching a new business, kicking in the door, and demanding a hefty amount of cash from a freshly opened restaurant. Upon refusal, they shoot the owner, then leave. WHAT IS THE ISSUE OF SAID SCENARIO: The poorly planned execution of the LCN crew's approach to the business not only diminishes the realism of the scenario but also limits the depth of the roleplay. Instead of a hasty attempt at extortion, a more thoughtful approach, such as scoping out the establishment and gathering information, would allow for a more nuanced and interactive storyline. Moreover, the reluctance to continue the roleplay by resorting to violence against the owner further diminishes the quality of the experience, as it deviates from the expected standards of immersive and collaborative storytelling in LCRP. A more balanced and well-thought-out approach would contribute to a richer and more enjoyable roleplaying environment for all participants. HOW TO PROPERLY ESCALATE EXTORTION Once you get a refusal, try and get leverage on the owner of the business. Find out if he’s got an affair, if he has a car that he likes, if his family members are around… Look for a spot to exploit and use it against him. Additionally, it's worth noting that many criminals tend to target smaller, family-owned businesses. Larger corporations have the resources to handle their own security concerns and logistics. However, when determining the fee for your services, it's crucial to be realistic and considerate of the business's size and activity level. Small businesses may not have substantial earnings, so demanding a large portion of their profits could negatively impact the local economy. To enhance your chances of success, offer a service that appears essential to them, ensuring it provides good value and fairness, thereby avoiding demotivation among business owners. Keep this roleplay going for as long as you can for both parties. Every once in a while, show presence for the sake of being around, not just to collect the money. Strengthen the vibe of community RP. COPING WITH EXTORTION It's important for individuals and businesses to exercise caution when dealing with unknown or suspicious entities, even if they appear to be legitimate businesses. Verifying the credentials and reputation of service providers, conducting due diligence, and being aware of common extortion tactics can help mitigate the risk of falling victim to such schemes. If there are any suspicions of extortion or fraudulent activities, it's crucial to report them to the appropriate authorities. If a business owner feels braver than usual, he can bug his place for audio/video and have the LCPD record an extortion payment in order to halt the scheme against him. They can also become an informant in order to gather more intel on a criminal group, then testify in court. On the contrary, a business owner can embrace the extortionists and use their criminal ties to their advantage. At the end of the day, it all falls down to you and your character. WHY BE EXTORTED? There are several areas in which you could benefit from being extorted, the first being character development. Extortion scenarios offer an excellent platform for character development. The pressure and challenges posed by extortion can reveal new facets of a character's personality, values, and decision-making process. It allows players to explore how their characters respond to adversity and navigate complex situations. Another plus is, if you're extorted, why not use the extortionists' powers when you're in trouble? Someone is trying to shake you down? Call the people who are charging you for protection and get them to solve this for you. Coping with extortion leads to interesting problem-solving, teamwork, alliances, and rivalries. Extortion can serve as a compelling plot hook that propels the story into new directions. The repercussions of an extortion attempt can reverberate throughout the roleplay, creating long-term storylines with lasting consequences. This not only sustains interest but also provides a foundation for ongoing narrative development.

Politics > December 17th, 2023 Leaked Report Reveals Startling Ties Between Brian Turner and Business Tycoon Samuel Spencer By BEN ADAMS , Executive Editor The upcoming mayoral election has taken an unprecedented turn as a leaked report confirms Turner is not the "last beacon of hope", as he had fervently portrayed himself. The report throws into question the very narrative that Turner has meticulously constructed around his candidacy, challenging the perception of him as a steadfast and incorruptible leader. The report raises concerning questions about the integrity of the electoral process. The confidential dossier obtained by our investigative team reveals alarming connections between Turner and Spencer, a figure shrouded in mystery and staggering wealth. Spencer, the enigmatic force behind Federal Technology Systems Incorporated, boasts a net worth estimated at a staggering $35.7 billion and a track record of wielding immense influence across diverse sectors, including telecommunications, aerospace, and real estate. The report details Spencer's deep-rooted involvement in political campaigns across the spectrum, funneling substantial contributions through his corporate entities without clear affiliations to any particular party or candidate. However, the most damning revelations arise from Turner's alleged ties to Spencer, particularly in light of a controversial trip to Los Santos, San Andreas. Turner used a private jet owned by Spencer's conglomerate for his excursion to the West Coast, followed by lavish gifts, including high-end items like Marlowe Vineyards wine, reportedly provided by Spencer or his associates. The most alarming aspect of Turner's alleged dealings with Spencer centers on the authorization of a 24-hour police presence at a specific address, purportedly Spencer's residence, immediately after his return. This sequence of events, as outlined in the leaked document, raises serious ethical concerns and hints at potential impropriety. You can find the full report below: Spencer_Report.pdf

  25. Conclusion LCRP is a bold and ambitious project, and one that is not the work of any one person. We would like to take this time to recognize certain individuals who have helped this project in substantial ways, that deserve to be recognized. This is not an exhaustive list as the list would encompass far too many names, but we would still like to thank some notable individuals who have helped this project come to it's release after around three years of development. Some of them still here, some not. This list is in no order of priority, simply a listing of whoever was believed to deserve a mention. The list goes on and on, and unfortunately due to some names being forgotten, lost, or otherwise unable to be retrieved we cannot make an extensive list of everyone who provided significant contributions to the project at points of it's development. For those who did not directly make the list, we thank you for everything you have done and hope to be seeing you in-game. Projects like these are not a one person job, and this project has been worked on by no less then 150+ people. Again, we thank you for all that you have contributed and for everyone else we can't wait to see you in-game!
