It’s a good point, myself though, I feel it would be a bad idea to ‘cut’ part of the map out until a later time, it can hold back developing RP for that area, Alderney being, a little run down, heavily industrial and so on, this could limit a lot of industrial or criminal RP, or make it harder to establish once the area is ‘opened’ due to heavily established competition in other areas. It can also be useful for Port and Trucking, biker MC’s. And then you can draw the other side, why cut Alderney, instead of Algonquin. That is also a large area, and due to the layout some area are kind of cramped, lots of little roads in one area sort of thing. So it could also make it difficult to find others, you go left, I go right, and round we go Personally, go all out, and give it chance to find its bearings. Im not trying to shoot you down, just expressing my own personal opinion

I don’t think script locking is ideal, as mentioned the ability to steal a car because the driver was ‘careless’ can offer interesting RP. The only suggestion I might add is to make exempt LEO vehicles from the lockpicking, or provide the highest levels by default.
