  2. 12.30 aka December 30 I’ve been saying it for months
  3. I got this guys! The first sequence begins when it was winter, snowing, and the narrator talks about how terrible it was before he was placed in power. In the final sequel, we see the charismatic Mayor holding a speech during a sunny day. He’s in power. The hidden message? @Biography is tryna say the release date is delayed till next year. We gotta wait a whole winter — afterwards “the Mayor will be installed” and the server will be released. Sorry. In god we trust.
  4. You can use set scenarios as examples to what is realistic and what is DMing. This thread is to discuss server rules and standards, not IC consequences.
  5. I thought this would be an interesting discussion to have in order to set a certain standard and expectation among the community and server when it comes to shooting at LEO’s. When is it justified to shoot at a cop and kill them, and when is it considered DMing? Now I don’t think we need to discuss felony crime situations. If you get caught committing a (violent) felony crime, then I’d say pretty justified to shoot at cops if they chase you or attempt to arrest you. It comes with the risk of the job. Of course, shooting at 10 cops on your own means certain death and should be followed with a CK, since it’d be an easy way out to deliberately PK from getting caught. Same goes for warrant executions. If cops raid your place to carry out an arrest and/or search warrant, I’d say it’s pretty justified to shoot as mentioned above. What I really want to discuss, are traffic stops. On many servers, people end up shooting cops for simply getting pulled over for an infraction (e.g. speeding), with little to no interaction. Excuses often used are “I had firearms/drugs on me”, or “I was highly under the influence of cocaine”. Shooting with little to no interaction is DMing in my opinion, however. But when does it become justified to shoot at a cop during a traffic stop? Is it justified to shoot at a cop once you’ve properly roleplayed and interacted with them, and they ask you to step out of the vehicle because they noticed that you’re under influence of drugs? Is it justified to shoot at a cop because you’ve got a lot of drugs or firearms in the car and you don’t want to get caught? Should you be able to shoot at a cop for the simple fact that they pull you over? Or should you only shoot a cop if they attempt to make an arrest, or if they give you commands such as “turn around”, “step out of the vehicle?”. Happy to hear your thoughts and opinions. Let’s keep it civil.

    One Word Story!

Once, there once was a wizard that many feared because he was gay as fuck and nutted on his boss’ dog during extreme ejaculation. Elon notices and died moaning. Then Drake ate a mushroom that made his dog grow into his sister's coochie. Therefore, at exactly 6pm, a knight screamed: AO MA! Show tits now respectfully m’lady. Sadly, she had six hundred dicks instead. Now, release my German pussies after I shave my DeezNuts. Yesterday I danced with Rihanna because cock tastes sweet and sour. Regardless, Jake decided that dogs are thicc, so he also clapped the cheeks of Biden. Regardless, Biography has yet to release LCRP because Ore ERPed

  10. Department of Justice U.S. Attorney’s Office Liberty City District Attorney's Office FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Monday, March 7, 2022 Leader Of Latin Kings Set Sentenced To 19 Years In Prison Audrey Strauss, the United States Attorney for the Liberty City District Attorney's Office, announced that THIAGO VELASQUEZ, a/k/a “Chago,” was sentenced today to 19 years in prison in connection with his participation in the East Holland set of the Latin Kings and their distribution of narcotics, including heroin, fentanyl, and cocaine. VELASQUEZ pled guilty on February 25, 2022, before U.S. District Judge Valerie E. Caproni, who imposed today’s sentence. U.S. Attorney Audrey Strauss said: “Thiago Velasquez was the leader of a violent gang who himself participated in acts of extreme violence. His wanton disregard for his victims has now earned him a lengthy prison term.” According to public filings and statements made in court: The East Holland Latin Kings are a Liberty City-based set, or “tribe,” of the nationwide Latin Kings gang. In order to enrich the enterprise, protect and expand its criminal operations, enforce discipline among its members, and retaliate against members of rival gangs, members and associates of the East Holland Latin Kings committed, conspired, attempted, and threatened to commit acts of violence; distributed and possessed with intent to distribute narcotics, including heroin, fentanyl, and crack; committed robberies; and obtained, possessed, and used firearms. The East Holland Latin Kings' leadership structure resembles the traditional leadership structure of other Latin King tribes. Leaders in the East Holland Latin Kings are referred to as “Crowns,” with the respective Crowns ranked as “First Crown,” “Second Crown,” etc. VELASQUEZ served as the First Crown of the East Holland Latin Kings since in or around 2012 and, in that capacity, oversaw the East Holland Latin Kings' day-to-day operations and also ordered and participated in acts of violence and narcotics trafficking. In December 2020 and January 2022, VELASQUEZ was charged along with several other members and associates of the East Holland Latin Kings, including Santiago Bailo, a/k/a “SB,” and Christopher Rodriguez, a/k/a “Taz,” with racketeering offenses, narcotics conspiracy, and firearms offenses. Bailo and Rodriguez, both of whom also held leadership roles within the East Holland Latin Kings, previously pled guilty and were sentenced to 240 months in prison and 210 months in prison, respectively. VELASQUEZ pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute narcotics. In connection with his guilty plea, VELASQUEZ further stipulated to his involvement in multiple acts of violence: a June 2017 slashing of a rival gang member, an October 2018 home invasion that resulted in the slashing and assault of two rival gang members, and a gunpoint robbery of a drug dealer in or around September 2019. * * * In addition to the prison term, VELASQUEZ, 32, of Algonquin, Liberty City, was sentenced to five years of supervised release. Ms. Strauss praised the outstanding investigative work of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Liberty City Police Department. This effort is part of an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) operation. OCDETF identifies, disrupts, and dismantles the highest-level criminal organizations that threaten the United States using a prosecutor-led, intelligence-driven, multi-agency approach. Almighty Latin King and Queen Nation The Latin Kings formed in Chicago in 1954 with the goal of helping Puerto Rican immigrants overcome racial prejudice by forming an organization of Kings. The Kings later expanded to Liberty State in 1986, and continued there under the Bloodline Chapter of King Blood. Today, the Latin Kings are one of the largest Hispanic and Latino street and prison gangs worldwide. The Latin Kings are highly organized and gang leadership exists at the national, regional, and local levels. The gang operates under strict codes and guidelines that are conveyed in a lengthy Constitution, and they follow the teachings of the Manifesto. Membership is governed by a Manifesto and Constitution with established rules and by-laws. The gang originally consisted of predominantly Puerto Rican males, but currently have members of various Hispanic nationalities. ALKQN also has female associates, where they are viewed and treated as equals and are commonly referred to as Latin Queens. the Kings have a unique mixture of intense discipline, revolutionary politics and a homemade religion called 'Kingism'. This makes a potent mixture for troubled ghetto kids whose lives lacked structure and hope. Kingism is a blend of tribal gang rhetoric and religious mysticism. As one member put it, the Manifesto is "considered our Bible", and reading it is to go "from the darkness to the light". Kings of Liberty In the early 1980s, to avoid imprisonment for his criminal activities in Chicago, Luis Felipe (a.k.a. King Blood) fled to Liberty City. Soon after arriving in Liberty City, Felipe was arrested and convicted of murdering his girlfriend. In 1986, while in prison, Felipe created the Bloodline Manifesto and started his own chapter of the Latin Kings known as the Bloodline. Latin Kings associating with Liberty State Bloodline chapter identify themselves as the "Almighty Latin King and Queen Nation" (ALKQN) however. King Blood designated himself as Inca and Supreme Crown of the entire State of Liberty. From 1986 to the internal power struggle that erupted in 1994, the ALKQN solidified its role as a gang through crimes such as murder, racketeering, drug trafficking, and RICO Act charges. The Almighty Latin King and Queen Nation stands divided among dozen sets known as ''tribes'' operating in Liberty State. One of those sets are the East Holland Latin Kings, located in the northern region of Algonquin, Liberty City. The East Holland Latin Kings were founded by Thiago Velasquez in 2012. After the imprisonment of Velasquez and all the other key figures, the East Holland Latin Kings were left without any leadership however. As usual under the King Constitution and Manifesto, an election was held to crown a new Inca, the leader of the set. Two candidates rose to the occasion; Mateo Lopez (a.k.a King Scar) and Leo Falgas (a.k.a King Jugg). Mateo was widely popular among the set and known as an intelligent individual, and had therefore won the election for First Crown and Inca of the East Holland Latin Kings. On the same night, he ordered the murder of Leo Falgas to eliminate any threat to his reign.
