  1. I think this has something to do with the partnership LCRP has with that Romanian Roleplay community.
  2. So exactly what people did when Cyberpunk 2077 released.
  3. Yeah I overlooked the fact that the day and month were "discovered" in tandem and not separately. With the current evidence the date most likely refers to the reveal of the release or as you've said.
  4. How did people come to the conclusion the release will be in October? The 27th is a Thursday, but in November it's a Saturday. I think it's far more likely that would be the actual date, seeing that a release on a work day wouldn't be able to amass a lot of people due to them having to work the next day.
  5. I just want to be petty and say I solved the cipher first.
  6. I think there is another important perspective that should be considered. The server management perspective. The server runs on money and that money is given by the people who play on it. If the majority of the people who play on the server are from a certain hemisphere, then management /should/ be biased and cater to them. Reason being: more people, possibly more cash to fund the server from those people. If the majority is deterred, then the people who will donate will also be dettered (from that majority). If the minority stays and they have a much smaller number of donators, then that isn't viable for keeping the server running for a long time. However if the minority all donate, then they will probably be the same as the people who donate (from the majority that was dettered). Basically what I'm trying to say is: LCRP is more or less a business that runs on money. No money or not enough to fund it? No business. That's why this isn't a simple black or white decision for management, they have to consider various factors that will lead to the longevity of the server.
  7. One main and an alt if I can't play on the main for whatever reason.
  8. Fighting Rules Pretty simple. Just like in actual boxing the fighters can only use their fists, don't hit under the waistline and no hitting from behind. Actual boxing rules can be applied instead of the loose rules mentioned here. The Matches The matches should last either 3 to 5 rounds. Each round should last up to a minute or two, still unsure about the length of a round. A title match should have no round limit and end when either fighter no longer can fight or the referee stops the match, because a contestants life is in danger. Point System Very simple. The contestant with the most points at the end of a match is the winner. Points are counted as follows: Knockdowns: The amount of knockdowns that was caused to the opponent times two is the amount of points received. The amount of knockdowns received is deducted from the points. Hits: The amount of successful hits that were landed on the opponent are received as points. Fouls Depending on the foul a appropriate amount of points will be deducted. The judges and referee decide the amount. Consecutive fouls lead to harsher point deductions and eventually to a loss per default. Boxing Gloves Once this feature is implemented the matches will last longer just like actual boxing fights. Getting Knocked down Forgot to add this. When knocked down the referee will begin the count. The count is made in letters (One, Two, Three...) and not in numbers (1, 2, 3...). The knocked down figher has to roll a total sum of 10 using the /rolldice command. Upon the first down the fighter does /rolldice 4 10, upon second down /rolldice 3 10, upon third down /rolldice 2 10 and each down after the third down is /rolldice 1 10. The fighters can keep getting back into the fight as long as they roll the total sum of 10, BUT the referee can make the decision to end the fight if he deems the fighters life is in danger. The referee will most likely only make this decision in a title match, since it has no round limit and it will turn into a battle of luck once downed enough times. The downed fighter can rolldice as many times as they want, but they have to write out the command each time they are going to use it (copy pasting the command is not allowed). A alternative would be to allow rolldice to be done every 2 seconds and allow copy and pasting the command. Please note that this is a general idea to define a certain rule set for boxing and that suggestions are welcome!
  9. I mean usually when doing a drive by you poke the gun barrel out of the window and if you have a gunman in the front passenger seat, then you as the driver need to lean back so that he can shoot and so that you can shoot your pistol for example.
  10. Honestly I would like a simple solution. Driver shouldn't be allowed to shoot, unless the car is stationary. The passengers should be allowed to shoot as if people do realistically. To make this easy to manage I would recommend that the drive-by's be recorded as evidence of proper execution.
  11. I'm wondering about car theft. If someone steals a car, how much heat would that realistically get? As in how many cops would be chasing someone for committing grand theft auto?
  12. Here's a list of high schools in case someone is planing on role-playing a high schooler. The source would be grandtheftwiki. There are no physical locations for the schools, in case someone is wondering. Additionally, there might be more schools, but these were listed, thus making them canon.
